The church and the adjoining convent date back to 1878 and have retained their original structure almost intact, with the exception of a few additions made in 1949–1950, including the caretaker’s house, the portico, the terrace, and the washhouse. Partial restorations were also carried out inside the church during that period.

The church’s façade is constructed of plaster and brick, with a triangular pediment at the top. The portal is framed by side pilasters and surmounted by a coat of arms.

The side façades feature splayed windows with low arches.

The interior has a single nave, covered by a barrel vault with lunettes. The interior walls are plastered in white and beige and are punctuated by blind round-arched openings, supported by Corinthian pilasters.

Attached to the left façade of the church is the adjoining convent.
