Oleificio Schipsi is a family-run olive oil mill that has been in operation since 1920 in Torino di Sangro; today, it is in its third generation under Michelangelo Schipsi (who took over in 1997). The mill processes olives from the Costa dei Trabocchi, primarily native Abruzzo varieties.
Three generations of tradition: Grandfather Michelangelo founded the mill in 1920, father Angelo took over in 1965, and today the third generation continues the work. The retail shop is open year-round, offering EVO oil packaged in bottles and cans of various sizes.
